The CORE manual contains HIPAA and infection control policies. The Home Health Operations manual contains home health care specific policies, job descriptions and competency checklists for clinical positions. The manuals are customizable to further meet your agency needs. These manuals are copyright protected and can be utilized by only one provider number.
Maintaining manuals with the most current regulatory requirements is a priority for Corridor. This ensures our clients meet the highest possible standards for their organization. To accomplish this there is an annual subscription charge associated with this purchase for the delivery of updates. Updates are delivered twice per calendar year.

Starting on Dec. 3, Corridor will be releasing a new format for all CHAP P&P Manuals. This manual consists of a CORE Manual and a Hospice-specific manual. Under the new format, the CHAP P&Ps will consist of a Hospice Operations Manual and a separate Hospice HR Manual. Customers that purchase the manual today, will receive a new FULL MANUAL will all updates through Fall 2018. You have 2 options for receiving this manual:
- New Manual delivered electronically on a flash drive with new tabs for your binder delivered via FedEx. This option is free-of-charge and is included with your Update Subscription.
- New printed manual with tabs installed (No binder) delivered via FedEx. This option will cost an additional one-time, $300 printing fee.
