These ACHC Hospice Policy & Procedure manuals are easy to use by providing a crosswalk to Medicare and ACHC Hospice standards.  The Operations manual contains policies on Hospice Item Set, Face-to-Face and medication management including Part D requirements.  The Human Resources manual contains job descriptions and competency checklists for clinical positions.  The manuals are customizable to further meet your agency needs.  These manuals are copyright protected and can be utilized by only one provider number. 

 

Maintaining manuals with the most current regulatory requirements is a priority for Corridor.  This ensures our clients meet the highest possible standards for their organization.  To accomplish this there is an annual subscription charge associated with this purchase for the delivery of updates.  Updates are delivered twice per calendar year.
