Licensing and certification requirements for the hospice/nursing home partnership have been in place since 2013. There has been limited surveyor scrutiny of the relationship because the surveyor guidance for the requirements had not been published.  Effective November 28, 2017, surveyors are directed to include hospice patients in their sample and examine the relationship according to the new guidance.  Join this Webinar to hear from a regulatory expert at the American Health Care Association regarding all the changes that nursing home providers are experiencing and the impact on expectations of care from a hospice provider.
