Hospice Compare puts on public display hospices’ performance on quality measures compared to national averages as well as to each other. With the addition of Hospice CAHPS scores to Hospice Compare in February, 2018, its importance for hospices, referrers, and the community becomes even greater.
 
It is essential that hospices employ all available tools to achieve the best results possible in Hospice Compare. From Validation to Provider Preview, CASPER reports can play a key part in ensuring accuracy and maximizing performance on Hospice Compare. This webinar will provide information that will enable hospice to use CASPER reports to identify strengths and weaknesses in their HQRP processes so they can proactively make adjustments to organizational practices that affect their results in Hospice Compare.
