Hospice promotes the participation of patients and family members in decisions related to their care; however, they are usually not present in the regular interdisciplinary team meetings where care decisions are made. Join this Webinar to learn about a current research project that is demonstrating feasibility and testing outcomes of the use of technology to include patients and /or family members in the IDT while also facilitating shared decision-making.
